“ First time checking out this spot and we had to do take out. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the food was prepared and it was packaged very well. The broth was still hot enough to add to the ramen and not have to do any additional heating. I had the Blaze ramen with spicy level. At first I thought it wasn't that spicy but then I found the ball of spice and mixed it all up. After that it was a good heat of spice. I have a high tolerance of spice so it met my expectations. The egg was perfectly cooked where it was still runny, even for take out! The chashu was thick and tender, which I really liked. I tried the broth for the garlic truffle and it was a rich and creamy flavor I enjoyed. I'd want to get that next time. We paid the $1.95 for the ghost pepper kimchi and it was a little container of it. It wasn't that spicy compared to my Blaze ramen so I wouldn't recommend it. We also got the chicken karaage and for being take out, it was still delicious. It wasn't that crispy since it was in a container so we could've thrown that in an air fryer to make it crispy. It was still good regardless. The interior was very nice when I went inside to pick up the food. Their outdoor dining space is covered on the side as well with plenty of seating. The parking lot is a bit small but at least they have one. I would love to come back and dine in when I come back to visit SoCal from the Bay Area. This was one of the better ramen spots I've had compared to the Bay Area. ”

“ Food: Plenty of Ramen choices, animal-based and plant-based. Great selection of appetizers. A couple of beer selections as well. Service: The place was busy but my order was accurate and came hot and ready in short time. The server was attentive and recommended what they enjoyed the most. ”

“ I’ve been coming here a lot ever since this place has opened and although the prices have been increased over the years, I have never been disappointed with the quality of everything I’ve gotten here. The ramen is by far my favorite out of everything I’ve tried the tonkotsu is my go to with the pork bun and both have been delicious with no complaints. The atmosphere is pretty good for a small little ramen shop. The service has been amazing too specifically a server named Micheal. Always greeting me and my family with a smile and always making sure everything I’ve gotten had been delicious and fixed problems right away. Micheal is what I belief makes this silverlake in La Habra amazing, he’s very friendly and he’ll help you out if you have any problems. ”

“ Visited Silverlake Ramen for dinner tonight. The food was phenomenal, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to stop in for some yummy ramen. Here is my review of the food: Veggie Ramen with truffle oil This was hands down the best vegetarian ramen I have ever had. The broth was so rich in flavor and the noodles were the perfect amount of chewy. I did pay to add in the truffle oil which I felt added extra flavor to the broth and would highly recommend getting it with this dish. They also use broccolini in their ramen which was my favorite part of the ramen. Creamy Broccolini They had a combo meal where you get ramen and an appetizer. I chose the creamy broccolini. It was amazing!! I actually wanted an entire plate of just this. The crispy broccolini with the sesame sauce. Just fantastic! Highly highly recommend trying this. The Impossible Bun This was a fried katsu impossible meat bun. I really wanted to like this but this was a big miss for me. The sauce was very off putting to me and I could not finish it. ”

“ Fantastic ramen, though my personal preference is a thinner slice of the pork, lots of people love it the way they serve it here. For me it's all about the broth and I tried both the classic pork broth as well as the shoyu chicken broth. Both were delicious. But as important, our server Leah was the BEST! ”
